Manual 1.8t tunes (mk4, beetle, tt, b6 a4)
From now on, we do require all customers to ship us an ecu to tune. All manual tunes also include 2 step. If using 2 step, or pops and bangs, a cat less downpipe is required. All tunes also include sai, evap, and rear o2 code deletes. They are also available with or without pops and bangs. Standard pops and bangs are set above 2500, if you’d like them only above 3500 rpm’s please specify so in the notes at checkout. Also, if you have a 6 speed manual car, please specify in the notes. We suggest a fresh set of ngk bkr7e spark plugs gapped at .028 when installing.
Our stage 1+ is for customers that want some simple power with no other mods or minimal other requirements. Stage 1 has all of our standard features, with a redline set to 7100 rpm’s, boost set to spike around 19 and hold 17 psi, and optimized for efficiency and power. Power increase will be between 30-50 horsepower depending on your exhaust and intake setup.
Our stage 2+ is for customers that want mild to wild with a k frame turbo. Our stage 2+ for stock injectors is for stock turbos or ko4. For those that want the most power they can get on stock block, we suggest bigger injectors in your choice of size. We offer stage 2 in the following aftermarket injector sizes, 386cc(tt225), 440cc, and 550cc. All of these options will work with stock fuel pump and rail. Power increase will be anywhere from 60-120 hp depending on injectors, and turbo. Boost pressure will be between 19-25, again depending on injectors and turbo. For stage 2 we suggest a full 3 inch turbo back exhaust, and an aftermarket diverter valve. Aftermarket injectors must be installed when the ecu is installed.
Big turbo tune customers must reach out to us via the contact page or instagram with the details of your build. The cost includes the big turbo base tune, as well as some updates via logs and remote updates as needed. This is not unlimited retunes, but we will get your setup dialed in. Customer is responsible for getting their own flashing cable and logging cable as directed by us if needed, and will also need a laptop with wireless internet connection.
